Why we built it

Made for the owner still working after the doors close.

Most restaurants don't lose money in one big way. They lose it in small ways nobody sees until it's too late.

A supplier price that crept up. A closing shift that ran an hour long. A dish that sells great and earns almost nothing. Any one of them is easy to miss. Together they decide whether the month ends in the black.
